Hypnotherapy

Far from ‘show hypnosis,’ Ericksonian Hypnosis is a brief therapy; just a few sessions to initiate the expected change.

Ericksonian Hypnosis came into practice by Milton Erickson (1901-1980), an American psychologist and psychiatrist who has played an important role in the evolution of clinical hypnosis. Mush of his work was devoted to therapeutic hypnosis.

Its innovative approach to psychotherapy is based on the belief that the patient has within them the resources to respond appropriately to situations encountered. It is therefore using their own skills and personal coping possibilities.

It is possible to change reactions, behaviours, overcome blockages, emotions, traumas etc. Hypnosis is a very effective tool to develop abilities, sports performance, intellect, creativity, prepare for exams, awareness, acquire greater self-control, evolve etc. This ability to act is through the use of suggestions, visualizations, projections or metaphors while respecting the proper functioning of our unconscious.

Hypnosis is primarily a natural state that everyone crosses several times a day when you are “on the moon” or immersed in a television program, listening to music, driving etc.

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness – recreated deliberately, amplified, and directed in the desired direction.

Testimonials

"I had the opportunity meet Annick twice. After years of guilt, I needed to make peace with the birth and the first months of my daughter's life. I turned to Annick, because I had confidence in it. I knew the gentle, patient and non-judgmental. She immediately understood what I needed and even to this day, I sometimes still have a heavy heart when I think of the first months of my casserole, pain and guilt are parties and I am much more patient than I was. There is no magic in what Annick. It simply helps us bring out all the resources that are already in us, but are often too well hidden and it is also a wonderful relaxing session! Annick thank you very much !!!"

"Thank you for teaching me the tools to remain calm. I practiced my breathing, my gray and even mood. My husband was able to accompany me too!"
